I am so excited to launch this project that I am so passionate about. The YOU Project is a 12-week program designed to not just change you physically, but improve you, motivate you and empower you. I want to help you create a you, you are happy with, a you that you love and a you that you believe in.

*Do you want to make a commitment to yourself and follow through with it?

*Do you want to step out of your comfort zone and accomplish things you once thought were impossible?

*Do you finally want  to put yourself first and make your health and fitness a priority?

 

If you answered YES to any of these questions then this is a project you want to take on.

 

This 12 week program is offered remotely (online) and also in person here in Victoria and will include:

  • 3 workouts a week: If you are doing it remotely, it will be 3 customized workouts a week programmed to do at your gym in or in your gym. If you are doing this program in Victoria and want the in person coaching, I will be running 3 group training classes a week out of an awesome studio, Westshore Latin Party Fitness Studio, http://westshorezumba.com/index.php#.Vm7a7uTSnIU (no, we will not be doing Zumba but I will make it just as fun!) Group training will be at 6 or 6:30 am( exact time is still to be determined) and classes will run for 1 hour.
  • Nutritional guidance, recipes and meal ideas. A realistic approach to eating without restricting or depriving yourself.
  • A private Facebook group for everyone participating to connect, share and inspire each other
  • Unlimited support from me
  • A kitchen makeover guide
  • Weekly mindful eating exercises and gratitude practice
  • Weekly exercise challenges for you to do at home
  • Before and after pics, measurements and weigh-ins
  • Goal setting and of course goal crushing

Once you have completed the full 12 weeks you can expect to:

  • Have a transformation. Whether it be physically, emotionally or with your lifestyle, you will transform in a positive way
  • Have new healthy habits
  • Improved nutrition and a more mindful approach to eating
  • More self confidence, self love and energy.

 

If you have been wanting to make a transformation with your body or your lifestyle but have been to scared to make that first step, I get it. It can be scary but that first step is the most important. You don’t have to have a fitness background, any nutritional knowledge or even have worked out before to do this program. The YOU project is about working with what you have now and growing into what you want to become and how you want to feel.

The cost of this program is $750 at $250/month or if you sign up by January 1st it is $225/month. There is also incentive to pay the full amount upfront – please ask for details.
