Spring into action with a 12 week plan @ Studio 4!

This program is not a “one size fits all”. The YOU Project is geared towards helping you achieve whatever it is you want to accomplish. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build some muscle, get more active, improve your nutrition or find a balance with a healthy lifestyle, The YOU Project touches base on all of it. Believe it or not, summer is right around the corner, and this program, being 12 weeks long, will bring you right into summer feeling your best. Maybe you want to get in shape and feel good in your bathing suit or maybe you just want to become more confident and comfortable in your own skin to be able to participate in more activities with your children, friends or family.

If you are ready to put yourself first and focus on your health and fitness goals, I want to know! This is a 12 week journey you will want to take part in. It is something I am truly passionate about and its called a transformation program for a reason. The transformation people make over the 12 weeks isn’t all physical, they also change emotionally and in more than one aspect of their life.

It is about building self-confidence and believing you can achieve what you used to think was impossible. It is about getting healthy, getting strong, making movement a priority in your life, and it is about eating healthy and learning the importance of it all without becoming obsessive.

This 12 week program is offered as one on one personal training, or grab a couple friends, create your own group and lower the cost for everyone! There is also an option to receive personalized programming for you to do on your own!

Here is a breakdown of what is included:

Customized programming: whether its just for you or for your small group, the workouts will be catered to your goals. Programming will be done for as many days a week you want to train. (price will vary depending on how many times a week)

Nutritional guidance, recipes and meal ideas  A realistic approach to eating without restricting or depriving yourself.  You will receive 3 new recipes each week.

Unlimited support from me.

A kitchen makeover guide.

Restaurant/social event eating guide.

Weekly mindful eating and gratitude practices.

Before and after pics, measurements and weigh-ins (optional)

Weekly check-ins and accountability schedule.

Goal setting and of course goal crushing.

All of the one on one and group training will be taking place at Victoria’s best gym,  Studio 4 Athletics.

 

Once you have completed the full 12 weeks you can expect to:

If you have been wanting to make a transformation with your body or your lifestyle but have been to scared to make that first step, I get it. It can be scary but that first step is the most important, and that is committing. You don’t have to have a fitness background, any nutritional knowledge or even have worked out before to do this program. “I decided to do the YOU project with Brooke for a few reasons. I was feeling a bit unmotivated in the gym and healthy eating aspect of my life. ” Having 2 kids under the age of 4 made my life schedule a little more challenging and my made my goals seem a little harder to reach.
