Ok so the day is finally here to officially launch THE transformation program of 2017, The YOU Project! A 12-week program starting Jan.9th 2017.

Why is it called “The YOU Project”? Well, because its all about you! Transforming not just your body, but your mind, your habits, your inner dialog, your energy and your results!

I am so passionate about this program and it is my goal change the lives of people who want results and also want to learn! I want to help you make the changes you’ve been trying to make and have you reach the goals you’ve been trying to reach. Its not that you aren’t strong enough, or don’t have it in you, its just that you haven’t done or tried the right things!

If you’ve tried to lose weight in the past but haven’t been able to keep it off it’s probably because of one of the following things: 1) You relied on will power, and that just didn’t last… and guess what, it wont. You can’t rely on will power to get you through it all, and 2) You’ve bought shakes, supplements or some other diet plan, had amazing results, but as soon as you stopped, the weight came back. Am I right!?

Here is why doing it those ways wont work. Yes, you might get results and reach your goals quickly but just following a strict diet or consuming some product does not do the one major thing you need to be successful. What you need to work on and put your focus towards are your behaviours and relationship with food. If you work on practicing new habits, let go of ones that are ineffective, learn to notice and recognize your triggers, practice being more mindful and actually work at the deep down issues that have been holding you back, you can and will get to your “happy place”! Let’s get you off the viscous cycle of being “on” or “off” a diet and always looking for the next best thing on the market. There is nothing you can buy that will get you those long lasting results. You already have it in you! You just need to learn to find and use it.

In The YOU Project we cover all the bases. You will not only learn about the foods that will help fuel and nourish your body but you will learn HOW to eat because how you eat is just as important as what you eat. You will go through the nutrition program at your speed and your level, and we will practice consistency and small changes opposed to what you’ve focused on in the past; perfection and being strict. It is a 12-week curriculum that incorporates new habit practice, recipes, meal ideas, informative lessons, and daily accountability. You will learn what a healthy grocery list looks like,  proper portion sizes and how to get back on track after a bad day. We will also do regular progress checks (weigh-ins, measurements and photos).

For the training aspect of this program, you have a few different options:

  1. You can train with me one on one.
  2. You can train with me in a small group.
  3. Personalized exercise prescription, sent to you weekly, completed on your own time.
  4. Combination of the above, which can be further discussed.

Now, if you read the post I made last week about this program, I gave a few details and some info on our community partners that will be taking part!
