Getting started on a health and fitness plan can be the hardest part and sometimes you feel like you need to get the wheels moving a bit before you jump into something, right? As in, you want to do start up program before you start the real program! I know some of you have probably said this if not thought it.

OR maybe you have already have a healthy lifestyle and most things under control but you feel like you could put a little more focus in some areas and need some guidance to do so.

So, I have decided to offer a FREE 10 Days of Improvement Program to help you!

This 10 day program will be split into 2-5 day sections. Each section will include:

  • 3 nutrition focuses. You can choose to follow one, two or all 3 of them. Its up to you and where you are in your health and fitness journey. You can do whatever you are comfortable with.
  • 3 fitness/lifestyle tips. Being and looking your best is A LOT more than just working out. You can train 5-7 days a week but if your sleep, mind and energy levels aren’t optimal you can’t be your best. I will provide you with different things to focus on and bring attention to in your life that will be small adjustments but make big differences.
  • Check ins and full support. I will check in with you a few times throughout the 10 days via email to see how things are going and answer any questions you have. You can also email me at any time for any other questions or concerns you have along the way.

My intentions in this gift to you is to help give you a little boost and help you change little things in your life without creating stress. I want to help you realize that you CAN do it and achieving your goals is totally possible! You just have to take it day by day and week by week, focus on the small things and just try to make each day better than the last.
