This amazing woman right here is Michelle. Ive know Michelle for a long time now and have been working with her online for just over 2 years. She recently completed my 1 year Nutrition & Lifestyle program, powered by Precision Nutrition, and her results are amazing. Not only does Michelle look off the charts (jaw drop) but a lot of her change happened on the inside believe it or not. She was dedicated, committed, had a lot of ups and downs but one thing she didn’t do was quit. This program has a curriculum that covers 52 weeks, thats a lot right! BUT if you want to make changes that are going to last you have to commit and nothing short term and drastic stays forever.
When I work with clients on their nutrition, food is only a small part of what we cover. Yes, learning how to properly fuel your body with nutritious foods is important but there is SO much more to it. A lot of my coaching is focused on habits, behaviours, your unique lifestyle, your stressors, your triggers, your relationship with food and many other lifestyle factors. If you want to drop 10-30lbs in a month you can find that anywhere on the internet or in a magazine no problem, I don’t provide anyone with a quick fix. If you want to lose weight, have more energy, learn to accept and love your body and how to do treat it with whats best for YOU, Im your girl. You didn’t get to where you are today over night and you didn’t gain all your weight over the weekend. It took time to get you to to where you are and its going to take time to change it. Once you can accept that the process to a happier and healthier you will be a lot less stressful.
Michelle is a great example how the depth of good nutrition coaching can change your life for good. She was open to all the challenges, she dug deep when she needed to, she allowed herself to be vulnerable, she was honest with herself and she focused on more than just her food.

“I have been working with Brooke for over two years now and I have never been happier. I was satisfied with my improvement in the gym but I knew that I needed some help with my nutrition. Even though I felt like I had all the knowledge that I needed to eat right, I was at a point where I felt stuck. Brooke provided me with not only healthy meals to prepare but also skills that I will use forever. It isn’t all about eating healthy but changing habits. I know I can always refocus and get back on track. I like eating fresh whole foods, they give me more energy and make me feel great but I know I will never be able to give up my sweets entirely. I have completed the one year Precision Nutrition program and I feel amazing. I appreciate food differently but most importantly I love myself, my body, and how I feel. My weight will never be constant but how I view myself will be. I am forever grateful to Brooke for all her guidance and support. She has changed my outlook on food and life and I can honestly say I am the happiest I have ever been.”
Michelle’s story makes me love what I do even more and I didn’t think that was possible. She is an inspiration for many and I know so many other people who want to make the same changes.
