Fitness is very important to me and it should be to you too! You don’t have to work out 2 hours a day, 7 days a week to be in good shape or to look fit. As long as you make movement a priority in your life, whether it be a nice walk outside or a hard session in the gym or in your living room, getting a sweat on on a regular basis is very beneficial. In my “Move-It” section, I will post all things fitness; exercise videos and tips, workout ideas and challenges, and lots more to keep you motivated to get moving!
In my “Live & Love-It” section I will be making posts about lifestyle, beauty tips, DIY projects, nature, adventures, and anything else that makes you want to live life to its fullest. Really, it’s anything that makes your heart full and your face smile!
I love to eat, and I love to eat all kinds of food! I believe good nutrition is all about balance and enjoying it, not stressing out about it or depriving yourself to the point where you are unhappy. In my “Eat It” section, I will post not just the healthy and nutritious recipes, but also the guilty pleasures, treats, party snacks, meal ideas, and any other food I enjoy and want to share!
My “Random Sh-It” section may be random, but it definitely won’t be shit! It will be anything and everything in-between the other categories. It may be a motivational quote, an interesting fact or just something I want to share. So, don’t neglect this part as it will be full of lots of goodies and laughs!
