I’m excited to launch another 30 Days of Movement starting next Monday, April.18th!
With this program you will get 30 days of 15 minute conditioning workouts for you to do at home or at the gym, no equipment needed. So no excuse!
It is meant to put a focus on making the daily effort to move. These workouts are given in a PDF, along with video instruction so you can see how the exercises are done and how they should look. You can be a beginner with no workout experience or you can be a workout vet, each session is designed so that you get what you put into it. Modifications are given for exercises that can be scaled to an easier version if needed.
If you want to make an improvement in your lifestyle and start moving more, this is the perfect tool to get you started. If you want to add a little extra to your workout routine or have something to do at home on the days you can’t make it to the gym, this is the perfect tool for you to have on hand.
